You've been called back to something. This is how you answer.

What Is The Serene?

The Serene is a 13-week sacred healing program that ends on the continent of Africa.

Not a vacation. Not a wellness retreat. A deliberate, guided return — to yourself, to your lineage, to the part of you that has been waiting underneath everything you've been carrying.

It begins where you are right now. Wherever that is.

Over 13 weeks you will move through a process that was designed not to fix you — because nothing in you is broken — but to return you to what has always been true. Through weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, ancestral healing work, breathwork, guided reflection, and sacred journaling

And then we go to Ghana.

Week 13 is ten days on the soil our ancestors walked. Standing at the Door of No Return at Cape Coast Fort. Moving through the Ashanti Kingdom in Kumasi. Resting in the waterfalls and sacred land of the Volta Region. Arriving in Accra and closing the circle in ceremony with the people who have walked every step of this journey beside you.

This is not the end of the work.

It is the proof that the work was real.

Who This Is For?

The Serene is for the person who has been holding everything together for everyone else and is finally ready to hold something for themselves.

The one who feels the pull toward Ghana — toward Africa, toward their lineage, toward something they can't fully name — and is tired of explaining that pull to people who don't feel it.

The one who has done therapy, read the books, taken the courses — and knows that what they're looking for isn't information. It's something deeper. Something that lives in the body and the blood.

You don't have to have it all figured out to begin.

You just have to be willing.

The Journey

Twelve Weeks

The Four Phases

Phase 1 — Awareness(Weeks 1–3) We begin with honesty. What are you actually carrying? What has been passed down to you that was never yours to hold? What does your body know that your mind hasn't been willing to hear? This phase is about seeing clearly — without judgment, without rushing to fix anything. Just seeing.

Phase 2 — Grief & Release (Weeks 4–7) This is the heart of the work. The grief that lives in the body before it lives in the mind. The losses that were never named. The identities worn to survive that no longer fit. We move through it with breathwork, guided reflection, and the kind of space most people have never been given to feel what they actually feel.

Phase 3 — Ancestral Reconnection (Weeks 8–10) You are not the beginning of your story. This phase turns toward those who came before you — their strength, their survival, the gifts they carried forward in their blood for you to receive. Using the Ancestral Reflection Card Deck and deep lineage work, we begin to understand what you've actually inherited.

Phase 4 — Readiness & Return (Weeks 11–13) You are ready. Not because everything is resolved — but because you are no longer afraid of what hasn't been. This phase prepares you for Ghana — spiritually, emotionally, practically. It closes with a sacred gathering where the full Circle meets for the first time before setting foot on the continent together.
