With 27 years in healthcare and 21 years as a nurse — including my work as a Forensic Nurse Specialist, community and home care case manager, and Director of Nursing — I have worked every level of the system you or your loved one is navigating. Whether you are managing your own care or showing up for someone else, I bring the full weight of that experience into every session.

We start here. You tell me what you are navigating. I tell you what I see and how I can help. No obligation. No pressure. Just a real conversation with someone who knows this system.
The Navigator $597 — 6 sessions over 8 weeks
For those ready to go deeper. We build your personal health navigation plan, work through the system together, and make sure you have the tools and the confidence to advocate for yourself long after our sessions end.
Contract & Consulting
Available for Contract & Consulting Engagements
For healthcare organizations, insurance companies, wellness programs, and population health initiatives.
Available on a 1099 independent contractor basis for remote nurse health coaching, care management consultation, patient advocacy support, and population health coaching engagements.
Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in Ohio. Compact multistate licensure in process.
