    Some journeys need more than one conversation. Sacred Sessions is a private four-session coaching experience for those who are ready to go deeper — on your own terms, at your own pace.

    Four private 60-minute coaching sessions held once weekly. One focused intention. Wherever you are in your healing, we begin there.

    Your Sacred Sessions package includes:

    • Four private 60-minute weekly coaching sessions

    • One custom Ghana trip itinerary — complimentary, built and personalized together through your sessions

    • Your Ghana Travel Planning Toolkit — complimentary, included as part of your sessions

    Please note: Sacred Sessions is a coaching package only. The custom itinerary and toolkit are included compliments of the work we do together. Travel costs, flights, accommodations, and ground transportation are not included and are the responsibility of the traveler.

    A 13-week sacred journey — 12 weeks of private one-on-one sacred healing coaching, with the 13th week spent on ancestral ground in Ghana, as part of a seven-member Circle. This is not a retreat. This is a return.

    One seat in every Circle is gifted — fully covered by the Circle itself. Because healing should never be gated by what you have.

    Healing is not just emotional — it is ancestral, spiritual, and held in the body. Everyone I work with moves through four sacred pillars —

    Awareness, Grief & Release, Ancestral Reconnection, and Readiness.

    We do not skip steps. We do not rush the process. We go at the pace your healing requires. This is trauma-informed, spirit-led work — and it begins exactly where you are.

  • Pillar 01 — Awareness

    Before anything can shift something must be seen. In our first weeks together, we slow down enough to hear what your body has been trying to tell you. Drawing from my background in trauma-informed care we create a space where nothing is too heavy and nothing is too small. This is where your healing begins.

  • Pillar 02 — Grief & Release

    Grief does not always look like loss. Sometimes it looks like rage. Numbness. Exhaustion. The inability to explain why you cannot move forward. In this phase we go into it — not around it. Through breathwork, guided reflection, and intentional movement we begin to release what has been stored in your body for far too long.

  • Pillar 03 — Ancestral Reconnection

    Healing does not begin with you. It begins with those who came before you. In this phase we turn toward your lineage — your roots, your story, your ancestral inheritance. We begin to understand what was passed down that no longer serves you and what sacred wisdom has been waiting to be reclaimed.

  • Pillar 04 — Readiness & Return

    This is not the end. This is the beginning of who you are becoming. In our final weeks together we prepare — mind, body, and spirit — for what comes next. For those joining The Serene this is where we set our intentions before setting foot on African soil. For everyone this is where you learn to carry your healing forward.
